NYE

As for my New Year's Eve, I ended up wearing this beautiful sequin dress from River Island. I showed you this dress in my 10 Dresses For New Year's (click) post. I got this for christmas, and in my opinion it's the perfect dress for New Years. Usually I'd go with a LBD (little black dress), but I really wanted to switch it up this year. I spent my New Years Eve with some of my favourite people, and I started off 2014 with a splash. I hope you all enjoyed your evening. I know this post is a little late, but better late than never, right?
Also, I'd like to apologize for the bad quality pictures. I'll try to take better pictures from now on!

HAPPY 2014

Happy New Year to everyone! It's been a while since I visited my blog, and I am still not sure whether to continue blogging, or to stop. I don't have many readers, and it seems very quiet here on the blog. However, I am here with a few random phone pictures (hence the bad quality), to show you how I started my new year. In the new year I;

Watched the beautiful fireworks after midnight...

Started reading Alexa Chung's book IT...

Painted my nails yet again...

Took a picture of myself...

Bought these beautiful shoes from New Balance...

Spent a few days with my best friend...

Just a few pictures to show how I kicked off 2014. How have you spent your first week of 2014? Please tell me if I should continue to post, or if it's not worth it. Also, you may have noticed my new banner. I really wanted to make my banner more interesting than just plain black text. What do you think?
Now I'm going to get back to watching Revenge on my quiet Friday night.
Kisses and may 2014 be the best year for everybody!

Hi everybody! I'd like to apologise for my absence here on the blog. I started school again, after a week off, and it's so incredibly busy. I have tests constantly and LOADS of homework, but that's school isn't it? I don't have much to tell you really. I wish I had something super exciting up my sleeve, but I just don't. I'll try my best to come up with exciting posts in the next few weeks. I can't promise a post everyday, but I will try to update as much as I can! For now, I'll leave you with these pictures.

Snapping some serious shots...

BOOHOO: SKATER SKIRT

I've been wanting a skater skirt for AGES, but I could never find the perfect one, no matter where I looked. Therefore I turned to the internet, and started browsing around different websites. I'd known about Boohoo for a while, but never actually taken a look at their stuff. They have LOADS of clothes and their prices are very nice. I absolutely love this skater skirt that I got for around 9 Euros.

BEST SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Skin care is a really important part of your 'make-up routine'. If there is one thing I could tell my younger self before I started using make up, it would be to take better care of my skin. Over the past few months I've started taking much better care of my skin, and I've started using these amazing products.

This is a clarifying lotion from Clinique which I got in a box set with 3 other Clinique products. It's a very strong water which you put on a cotton pad and sweep across your skin. Takes no time to clean your face with this one. I don't use this one everyday, because it is very strong. I like to use this when I have major breakouts on my skin.

This is the one I use everyday, morning and evening. I heard about this product from Ingrid AKA Missglamorazzi on YouTube. She had been talking about this product forever, and I really wanted to try it out, but couldn't find it anywhere. I finally found it in a small pharmacy type store where I live. This is as amazing as Ingrid made it out to be, and it was worth the 15 Euros I spent on it.

I got this Mineral Peeling Gel from Soap & CO when I visited London in August. This gel was originally 65 Pounds, which I consider way too expensive, and would have never bought, unless the salesman offered us 50% off on it because I was a student. You use this in the morning and simple use our fingers to apply it to your skin, without any water. Then you let it sit for 1-2 minutes and then rub it off again using your fingers, and it removes any dead skin and dirt that may sit on your face. I use this every morning, but I must admit some mornings I stay in bed for a little too long, and I just turn to my Bioderma.

There you have it; my favourite skin care products. So, if you are just starting to use make-up, or even don't use make-up PLEASE remember to take good care of your skin, because you will be so happy you did when you get older!

H&M DRESS

I thought I would do a quick post about this H&M sweater dress that I bought a few weeks back for 24,95 Euros. Since it is quite a thick material, it can be a little difficult to style, at this time of year. For me, I would have thrown over a thick cardigan and my leather jacket, but that simply didn't work well. Therefore I threw over my leather jacket and a big and fuzzy scarf to keep a little warm.

I really like the combination of these simple colors for fall, and I've always been a fan of how a simple dress looks paired with tights and a pair of boots. With this dress I wore a pair of my old boots which I really love, and I think they add the last bit for the simple outfit.

ZARA OBSESSED

Evening! I just got back from a small dinner with my parents and little brother. I wanted to show you what I wore but it was already dark when I got dressed, so it wasn't possible to take proper outfit photos. Therefore I turned to my beloved macbook and snapped a few photo booth shots before I left. So I apologize for the bad quality! Also, on a side note, you may realize that I am quite obsessed with Zara. It's become an addiction, and half of my clothes is bought there.
